BMW used different systems depending on the year of manufacture. It is crucial to choose the correct variant so the connectors (LVDS) fit:
- CIC (approx. 2008-2012): 4-Pin Screen Connector.
- NBT (approx. 2012-2016): 6-Pin Screen Connector.
- EVO (approx. 2017+): Modern ID6 Interface.
