2. Preparation Time 🛠️
⏳All orders are subject to a pre-shipment preparation time of 1 to 4 business days.
- Standard: The order is prepared and shipped within 1 business day.
- Exceptions: Stock issues, quality verification, or logistical unforeseen events may delay preparation up to 4 days.
3. Confirmation and Tracking 📧
- Step 1 - Purchase: You will receive a confirmation email with your order summary.
- Step 2 - Shipping: When it leaves our warehouse, you will receive a second email with the tracking number and instructions to locate your package.

- Products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
- No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship within Europe.
⛔ Restrictions: We do not ship to Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
