Refund policy

At R_PROJEKT, our priority is for every customer to receive a product that meets expectations. To protect your purchase and ensure your satisfaction, we have established the following return and refund conditions.

1. Return Period 📅

Customers have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return, provided the case meets the conditions described in this policy.

2. Accepted Return Cases

✅ We DO accept returns if:

The product is not 100% compatible with your vehicle (provided it contradicts what is indicated on our website or confirmed by our team via WhatsApp).
The product has a malfunction or factory defect.
The product does not meet the features or specifications published in our online store.

❌ We will NOT accept returns for:

Change of mind.
Personal preferences.
Errors in product choice by the customer (without prior consultation).

3. Required Evidence 📷

To process the return, it is mandatory to provide clear proof through our official WhatsApp:

Photos of the received product.
Videos showing the defect or incompatibility.
Any other information that helps verify the incident.

4. Procedure to Request a Return

If you meet the conditions and have the evidence, request the return via:

Your user account on the website (order history).
The purchase confirmation email (link enabled for returns).

6. Approval and Product Shipping 📦

Once the request is approved after reviewing the evidence, we will email you:

A return label with instructions, OR
A postal address for shipping.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Once the label or address is sent, you must make the shipment within a maximum period of 7 calendar days. If not done within this period, R_PROJEKT reserves the right not to accept the return.

7. Refund Processing 💳

When the product arrives at our warehouse and its condition is confirmed:

We will process the refund using the same payment method used.
The estimated time is 7 to 10 business days (depending on your bank).

8. General Conditions

The product must be returned in good condition, without misuse, and with its original packaging (where applicable).
If the required evidence is not provided or the product does not meet the conditions, the return will not be approved.
R_PROJEKT reserves the right to reject returns outside this policy.
