Forge wastegate for 1.2 TSI / 1.4 TSI engines from 2015 onwards CJZA, CJZC, CJZD, CYVB found in Skoda Fabia, Skoda Octavia, VW Golf, VW Polo, VW Scirocco, VW Tiguan, VW Touran, Audi A1, Audi A3, Seat Ibiza and Seat Leon.
The 1.2 and 1.4 TSI does not have a factory wastegate, so this product allows you to have the traditional wastegate noise between gear changes and when releasing the accelerator. No check engine light will come on and the car will drive as before.
This Forge valve assembly is designed to fit the standard intake. Not valid for VW Golf GTE. The supplied blanking plug must be installed if your car does not have a secondary vent.
Please note that this kit is only compatible with models that do not have a standard turbo mounted bypass valve.
- This kit completely replaces the plastic pipe from the turbo to the manifold with a silicone hose
- Everything else you need to install the valve is included in the kit along with complete instructions
- Unlike other valves on the market, the Forge valve will not turn on any check engine lights. (MIL)
- The Forge silicone hoses in this kit have been designed to include a modified silicone inner liner known as flurosilicone
- This means that the hoses are suitable for use with modern long life coolants, organic acid technology (OAT) coolants and oil mist
- The construction of the hoses has been designed to exceed that of OEM fittings and will enhance any engine compartment both technically and aesthetically
- The use of a flurosilicone coating ensures that Forge silicone hoses are the undisputed market leader
