This thermal blanket is installed without any modification around the IS12 / IS20 or IS38 turbos installed, among others, in the Audi S3 8V / TT 8S / Golf 7 GTI / Golf 7 R or León 3 Cupra to insulate the engine and more particularly the the admission of thermal radiation emitted by the turbo. Made with magnesium-calcium silicate wool and carbon fiber outer shell , stainless steel rivets and turnbuckles, this turbo blanket is designed to withstand extreme temperatures and to be installed without having to disassemble the turbo.
