⚠️ IMPORTANT: Identify Your System (NBT vs EVO)
The BMW X1 F48 switched multimedia systems around 2017/2018. It is vital to choose the correct option so the video connector fits:
NBT System (approx. 2016-2017):
- ID4 or ID5 Interface (List menu or old icons).
- Specific 6-pin video connector.
EVO System (approx. 2018-2022):
- ID6 Interface (6 large horizontal "Live Tiles").
- Original touchscreen in many cases.
Recommendation: Send us a photo of your main menu while on before buying to confirm your version if you have doubts.

According to your response to me comment, they were looking for the solution to the installation problem, I still don't know anything and I think they have washed their hands, anyway...
Two things I bought came to me in three packages, on three different days and without notice, only one of them had a tracking number, the last one a week after the first and when the screen was already installed, the installer recommended by the company leaves Much to be desired, he made a mistake for me that he does not want to solve, since he has already been charged and is not interested, I have not seen the invoice for the screen, the instructions come in an app on the screen in English. The first few days they tried to solve the problem but they didn't succeed and I am left with a pretty big mess, see photo, I don't know what those cables will hold up to in the sun.
First of all, we are sorry for what happened during the assembly, but you have to understand that we are not in charge of the installation. We are constantly trying to solve the assembly problem and with the custom frame we send to you, the installer will leave it perfect for you.
