Problems with the standard PCV valve on the 2.0 TFSI EA113 engines
The PCV valve membrane mounted on the stock engine breaks or deteriorates causing problems in the vehicle, it is one of the most common failures in the 2.0 TFSI EA113 engine. The PCV valve is designed to recirculate crankcase gases to the intake manifold. Inside the valve is a soft membrane that is prone to breakdown over time, this is common on stock engines but is very common on reprogrammed engines. This can cause oil leaks into the engine compartment due to crankcase overpressure, rough idling, increased fuel consumption, loss of power and in the most extreme cases, engine breakdown.
Why install our PCV nullifier?
Install our PCV Delete Unit for higher engine performance and eliminate the poor quality component that often fails.
Our replacement unit installs very easily and quickly. By installing it, you will notice a great improvement in performance and power especially if your stock PCV is failing.
Our unit joins the two internal ports, this emulates what happens inside the stock PCV when the engine is running, but eliminates the fragile components that commonly fail, turning the system into a vacuum-only based system. The PCV function is maintained correctly and the vapors generated in the crankcase are not recirculated into the intake manifold, thus preventing them from becoming dirty and entering the combustion chamber.
Our kit also includes a shutter for the intake manifold, it is designed with three ports, where you can install our vacuum intakes (included in the kit) to be able to connect a turbo pressure gauge, you can also plug the vacuum intakes with the screws (included in the kit) in case you do not want to install them.
Install our kit and restore your vehicle's full performance, designed to last the life of the vehicle.
Recommended to install on stock engines but essential to install on reprogrammed vehicles (Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 2+ and Stage 3)
